Our website and service providers may process technical information such as IP addresses and browser information to operate and protect the service.

How we use information

We use this information to book and coordinate appointments, perform septic services, respond to questions, prepare estimates and invoices, process payments, maintain service records, and meet reporting obligations. If you opt in, we use your mobile number to send appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling updates, and post-service review requests. This opt-in does not authorize promotional or marketing texts.

Service providers and disclosures

We use providers to operate our website, manage service records, process payments, and deliver communications. Square processes card information; this website does not store full payment card numbers. Twilio and telecommunications carriers process the phone numbers and message content needed to deliver appointment texts. We may provide service records to the relevant health authorities or reporting services when required for septic reporting, and disclose information when legally required.

We do not sell personal information. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, transferred, or shared with third parties for their own use. SMS consent is used only for the R&S Septic Solutions messaging program and its operation.

Cookies and local storage

The app uses browser storage for functions such as sign-in, saved preferences, and supported offline workflows. Clearing browser data may remove preferences or work that has not yet synced. Payment and sign-in providers may use their own cookies or similar technologies.

Retention and security

We retain information for service operations, consent documentation, business records, and applicable legal obligations. We use access controls and other safeguards, but no website or communications system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and requests

You can book without opting into texts. Reply STOP to an appointment text to unsubscribe. For questions, corrections, access or deletion requests, or to withdraw consent by phone, call 360-358-2190. We may need to verify your identity, and some records must be retained for legal or business obligations. Tell us if your phone number changes or is no longer yours.

Policy updates

We will post updates on this page with a revised effective date. Changes to this policy do not automatically expand the scope of your text-message consent.

Terms and Conditions

Booking and service

Provide accurate contact and property information and only request service you are authorized to arrange. A scheduled appointment is subject to the confirmation shown after successful booking. Emergency requests require dispatch to arrange a time; submitting an emergency request does not confirm an arrival time. A request saved offline is not confirmed until it syncs and availability is checked.

Published base prices apply to the stated service scope. Additional volume, digging, access, repairs, and applicable taxes may affect the total. Separate estimates, approvals, and payment authorizations apply where provided. Contact us at 360-358-2190 to change or cancel an appointment or ask about charges.

Website use

Use this website only for legitimate booking and service purposes. Do not submit false requests, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access. Website availability and message delivery can be affected by network outages or other interruptions. Contact us by phone for urgent scheduling issues.

Appointment Text Message Terms

Program: R&S Septic Solutions appointment messages.

Opt-in: By selecting the appointment-text consent checkbox on our booking form, you agree to receive automated appointment confirmations, reminders before your appointment, scheduling updates, and post-service review requests at the mobile number you provide. You must be the subscriber or authorized user of that number. The checkbox starts unchecked. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase, booking, or service.

Frequency and cost: Message frequency varies with your appointments and scheduling changes. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. We do not charge a separate SMS subscription fee. This program does not include marketing messages.

Opt-out: Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. Opting out of texts does not cancel your appointment. Contact us by phone for appointment changes.
